    Those are cool vids. I really wasn't trying to say anything negative about srt4's by posting it though. Those are some pretty good #s on that neon in your vid.

    What's the stock power of a cobra and/or saleens? I'm used to seeing numbers on cobras like you have in your sig, thrust...I guess I only see the modded ones (at least the ones I read about!).

    Stock cobras are 390 hp and torque at the crank. Most tend to dyno at 360 or so at the wheels. 99-04 281 saleens are 260 hp and 302 torque at the crank. I don't know what the 281S (supercharged) ones make. 05 saleens are 300 hp and 320 torque at the crank.

    Found this on fastfords.com ..these numbers are for a 05 GT stock HP then Saleen Blower HP..hope this helps..

    "Our baseline dyno test showed 315 hp, but that was with the underdrive pulleys installed. Normally, these pulleys are worth about 5 hp, so, if you subtract 5 hp, you can safely say the Saleen blower kit was worth 120 hp. It also gained about 76 lb-ft of torque, and that's with a 93-octane tune and only 3.5 pounds of boost."

    Found this by merely googling:

    SRT4=2970lbs STOCK
    http://www.modernracer.com/dodgeneonsrt4.html

    05 GT= 3450lbs STOCK
    http://www.engine-power.com/ford/2005_mustang_gt.html
    05 Saleen 281 SC= 3550 STOCK
    http://www.fast-autos.net/saleen/05saleens281sc.html

    If you take the numbers you gave as:

    SRT4= 356/375
    05 Saleen= 383/371 (which would suggest almost bone stock BTW)

    And then you factor in the weight with the power:
    2970/356 vs 3550/383, you get:

    SRT4= 8.34lb/hp
    Saleen= 9.26lb/hp

    So in conclusion......I don't see how your boy in the video could literally walk off on that car like that on a "roll". From a standstill (everything else held equal), maybe. From a "roll" where PwR is not as exponential, I don't see that big a loss. He may still lose, but not by a bus length.

    Either; A: they weren't really racing; or B: the driver of the Mustang sucks donkey balls.
