    that is only a section of the site that the dealers can and should go to. It would not effect any of your personal computers/files is you were to trade in your car.

    Looks like the gov't is trying to protect against fraud, but I would think only the dealer would be going on that site since they would be the ones the would go through the cash for clunkers process. They should have put a disclaimer that says they must do this under the patriot act to keep america safe, and I bet you would support it
