2 things though:

#1 the civic either jumped the gun or the Ferrari guy didn't know they'd started.

#2 From that vantage point, it's hard to tell just who won. It looked to me like the Ferrari was reeling him in hard about half way down, but then the civic hit the brakes first. I don't know, to me there's no way to tell who really won that one. Not from that video.
