She was so stupid, He hadled her stupidity poorly, Circumstances do this. They both handled the situation wrong.

That's so common with American Teens though, respect in non-existent.

I guess you can still settle when stupidity is involved on the victims end.

thats true but what really got me was the fact that he kept hanging up on her then arrested her on charges that dont even exist.

Yeah, his emotions clearly got the best of him, he was clearly wrong for doing that. I'm 26 and close to a lot of adults and It just does something to them when they are disrespected by someone 1/2 their age or more.

It was a chain of events that caused this situation. The dad lived so that was a good result.

Actually you are a bit wrong. She didn't intentionally disrespect him, she was freaking that her father was on the floor, 3 weeks out of brain surgery, knocked out and shaking. BIG difference than her just calling 911 and saying "Fuck you". He is a 20 year veteran of the force in that town....he should know better. I think she should get whatever settlement they have coming. He fucked up.

People think too highly of respect. When someone disrespects you 80% of the time they're just upset with something in their own lives, it's dumb. Don't worry about respect, some gangs even kill over acts of disrespect. Not everyone is going to like you, but if you are a professional, disrespect is definitely something one should overlook.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

This is true it was her father life's in the officer hands and he should have known better. Officer could have treated the matter very different and should have asked at least what is the problem, but keeped hanging up on her. She does need a settlement and I hope its a huge one.

exactly and the first time she used profanity it was at the overall situation of not getting an answer in dialing 911. It was right as the cop answers the line. When he got on she was was not disrepectful to him until he started acting like a bitch.
