    Here are some recent track meets i participated in for your viewing pleasure. mute your sound and you may want to play it back a couple times..the player is crap.

    Boys' 4 X 100m Relay (44.81): (2nd guy is me)
    We are the blue team

    our third leg actually pulled his quad
