    My cousin did this with his brothers k20 powered eg. The car hasnt run since.

    I don't know how these people are able to do that. Don
    't transmissions lock you out of lower gears at flywheel speeds like that? Ageneral rule of thumb "don't force anything" it's one thing to shift fast, but I'd rather suffer someminor time loss to easily slide the cogs over.
