Honestly the video looks to me like someone got all this footage of some kind of prison or gitmo or something like that, pieced it together, and did a convincing voice-over. Will it happen? No. Could it happen? No. Chock it all up to a nice little halloween prank. Id like to drive down there to wherever they said this little "installation" is out in covington with all the body coffins with a bunch of people, all with this backstory fresh in their minds.

Even if they are coffins and the "story" told on the news and such was a lie, and they are FEMA's (for some reason in GA) WHO CARES? That means FEMA is ready in case of a major disaster. They have been there for YEARS.
