*eye roll* drama queens... it's Camino del Rey in Andalusia, Spain. As far as I know there is no "fine" for being up there. It's an extreme hiker/climber mecca. It goes along a dam and was built for workers who needed to get supplies to the dam as it was being built. So at one point, it was someone's job to walk that thing with a pack full of supplies. Talk about suckage. It is "closed" for now, but as you can see, the safety wires are still there. I think at one point the Spanish government was thinking about restoring it and making it "safer" (restoring the fallen away paths, fixing metal, increasing the barrier) so that they could open it for climbers. I dunno if anything ever came of that though.
