Seriously though the nastiest I've ever heard was a kid snapping his femur at a lacrosse tournament I played at this year. He got sammiched by two big ass dudes, heard the pop from 30 feet away. The kid passed out, it was horrible. Luckily he was a little jackass so I didn't have to worry about feeling any sympathy.
