    Oh man you don't know? they're soooooooo awesome. They almost always drive 1991 Civic hatchbacks with neon huge wings and a fartcan. They go around tallying how many cars they beat when v-tec kicks in and add a sticker to their car for every one they beat. They're the $hit.
