    could be a number of things...reckless conduct, reckless driving, laying drags...im sure theres more..i did a burnout in my lifted jeep...two steaming piles of rubber behind it, cop pulls up after it is all said and done, never saw me do ANYTHING, i was changing my tires cause the ones i used were SHOT...i was out in the middle of nowhere...and i was taken to jail for reckless driving even though he never witnessed me do anything unlawful. needless to say that got reduced to too fast for conditions which is nothing more than a seat belt violation when it comes to severity....
