things have changed for the kids that were about 6 years old back in '84. THE 70'S BABIES(70-79) were the last generation taught old school rules. because starting with the early 80's('83/ '84), people had a new issue to contend with and stopped teaching the kids......(massive excess of drugs/bad fashion/bad parenting called THE 80'S)
