You guys do realize that there are 14 year old pro cart drivers. These 14 year olds can control a car alot better than some of the best on this site.

Yeah he's young. But age isn't the same thing as experience.
Yea thats what he should be driving and tryin to race a go kart!!
We are talking about a 600whp evo. Thats a whole lot more power
to try to handle on the street for that kid. Look at him. And its not about how good u can drive. Its
about watching everyone else on the road ur racing on

a pro race cart is faster than a "600hp evo"! 0-60 under 3 sec and 150+ mph.

But besides the point i grant you that "harry potter" prolly isnt all that but pro race drivers usually start before they are 5 years old.

The streets are different but elements you learn on the track can be used on street.....Like looking out, proper seating, being alert, not the racing part.

There is the element of peer pressure i guess but its no different then if your 20 or 30+ and its the same thing using your head and not going with it.

    One more note.

who's to say that driving as a whole reflects age. I mean lets compare it to other things. You can be 18 to fly a plane. Ive done it and i was better than alot of the people that were older and even had more experience on my first flight. Not bragging but i just remembered how age really has nothing to do with experience.
