    it has a "relaxing" effect. Generally a lot of people with anxiety orders do so

    you dont continuously inhale every bit of smoke as performed in the experiment. also the experiment causes the cigarette to burn faster, which means it burns hotter and causes much more tar to be released. still horrible though
