    yea pretty much

    1)he inhumanly tortured these Al Qaida and Terrorist prisoners
    2)the UN put Al Qaida in the Geneva Convention under "War Crimes" so they couldn't legally be tortured
    3)Bush administration would get major jail time/death if they didn't try to save their ass with this lame ass made up Bill they passed

    result: Good job South and Midwest for voting for this asshole

    i dont agree with the bill at all though. theyre abusing their powers. shit if everyone could pass a bill that would pardon themselves dont you think that people would do so..... this is a major fucking deal and its time for some reform in this country..... shit has gotten WAY too out of hand.

    and NO it sould NOT be biased towards one party or the other! it should be done RIGHT, not just because its a liberal or conservative thing. fuck political parties...... neither of them really help us.
