    How can you say he didn't do anything? The bar wanted him to leave, he was causing a disurbance at the bar. All he had to do was leave when the cops told him to and he probably would not have gotton into trouble.

    After not doing what the cop told him to(illegal) he ran(illegal) resisted arrest(illegal) and charged the police attempting to harm them (stupid and Illegal).

    He was obviously causing a disturbance or the bar wouldn't have called the police. Its not like they didnt give him a choice.
