ill tell you how i would justify it. i would have laid there untill the cuffed me and picked me up and threw me in the car. i dont know if you have everhad a gun on you before but its a sobering expereince. i had a gun pulled on me by some fake ass wannabe gang member in macon. if a cop puts a gun on me im laying there with my hands and feet out untill they cuf me and toss me in the car. im not making any moves that could propt the cop to shoot. this is common sense ppl.....
