    I dont know what to think about seeing you guys down here get excited by this lol. I'm north this would be an everyday thing to see! haha. For the longest time it could only be done with Ski-doo's because the belly pans on Cats, Polaris and Yamaha's werent 100% sealed and water would splash through and get on the clutches causing them to stop spinning the track and they would sink. This has been going on for yearrrrrrrrs. Early 90's I believe is when they were started to be raced on water. The trick is, you lean which way you turning, and then turn the ski's the other way, b/c if you turned them the direction you wanted to go, the tip would hook and drag you under lol...so you use the back of the ski as a rudder.

    Here's one with the turns and stuff. It was quickest I could find. They only make right turns lol.

    The funny thing is, these would smoke most any of our cars on here in the quarter mile (they do make wheel kits for the front just for that, and asphalt tracks)

    I'm from Southern California. We don't own snow mobiles there.

    haha, i'm noticing a lot of people dont own snowmobiles here too!! haha. I dont mean to rag but Its just different to me hearing about people who haven't seen stuff like this.
