    Mileage - 122k
    Location - Marietta, GA

    I have for sale/for trade a 1996 240SX SE 5 spd. It's a really fun car I just don't have the time for it anymore and I don't have enough money to mod it like I want to because I'm at college full time. I purchased it off a member of this board about 2 months ago and have since added/fixed a few things. The car is begging for a swap I just don't have enough money or time to spend on the car and recently ran into some financial problems so I'm testing the waters on my 240.

    The Good:
    Brand New Competition Stage 1 Clutch - Less than 1k miles on it
    New clutch slave and master cylinder
    Good paint
    Excellent Interior, no stains/rips/tears/etc
    Completely stock, even has the stock CD player
    AC/PS/PL, even working cruise control
    Just replaced oil pan gasket, rear transmission seal, and rear main seal
    no grinds, etc.
    Low mileage
    COMPLETELY stock KA24DE


    The Bad:
    Car needs a downstream 02 sensor to pass emissions. Easy fix.
    Small ball shaped crack in front bumper, not that big of a deal and easily fixeable, hardly noticeable
    Might need some new brake pads soon

    Those are the only "bad" things wrong with the car. I drive it to school and work everyday with no problems or issues. It really is one of the cleanest black, stock S14s I've seen around. With the interior mint, and no exterior damage other than the small thing in the front bumper, it's a great looking car. I haven't even tested to see if it has VLSD, but it is the SE model so it has 5 lug, nicer seats, spoiler, yellow fogs, etc.

    Well I'm already in debt due to tickets and stuff and I got an MIP ticket as well so I'm on probation. Just seeing what I can get for it, it's more like a testing waters type of deal. I do enjoy the car and it's a lot of fun to drive.

    Not really looking for a stock S13. Preferably a swapped but non-modded one with a clean body, or an EK hatch, or just seeing what I can get cash-wise. Just put new plugs and wires in the car today.

    I am in Marietta, the car was previously registered to someone in Statesboro. Also I'm not looking to go below 5k, this clean of an S14 is easily worth more so please, no more offers of that nature.

    GGP - I am serious, although I'm not in a hurry and may even keep it, as stated in the first post it is more of a testing waters type of deal right now, and I just simple stated I am not interesetd in 4950 and 5k. The buyer does a counteroffer, not the seller, unless he/she is ready to get rid of it right here and there. So if your friend is willing to offer more, hit me back. Thanks for the offer though.

    lol. it doesn't matter who the buyer or seller is.... someone makes an offer.. then the "other" person "counteroffers" if they don't like the original offer. you aren't that far apart from your asking price. if you aren't ready to sell it, just say so and quit wasting our time.
