KBB says that an 87 s10 with the v6 ( couldnt go back far enough )in fair condition is worth $780 dollars, so an 81/2 ... Im willing to do 500 dollars cash, considering the amount of problems and no title.

the motor is sound and transmission no problems? No thanks the way i figure it is i cant easily get a year or 2 out of it with no problems and when i look at it that way i MAKE money off it....

car payments are usually 200-400 and after a few months pays it off its all making money from then out.... your call but no thanks on the 500

if you think about it, the only reason you would want a title is if you wanted to antique it and do a full restoration that would make it worth more..... if you need a title for the sentimental value like maybe you wanted to put it on the wall to show people you got a 1982 s-10 primered black, i will make you one on adobe .... lol

If its over twenty years old NO TITLE is required... Im TITLES ARENT NEEDED FOR THIS TRUCK....


YOU SIMPLY GO TO THE TAG OFFICE AND SHOW THEM A BILL OF SALE AND THEY GIVE YOU A TAG. I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE AND I DID IT WITH THIS TRUCK.

hes right, i drove this truck and it runs nice !! it has plenty of power and i would say more than it should. it has a goodwrench motor in it and it looked to me like it was replaced . the only things it really needs is paint and interior and interior is cheap at pull a part real cheap. i owuld have traded with him but my kid in the front seat was my biggest concern. dont settle man you will get waht your askin.ask a mod to delete this whole post and start a new post. good luck with your sale.

his truck his price,truck not "stolen" it has a legal bill of sale and it came with a 2.8 not a 4.3.it runs great dont like it dont look at it. ive had a 4.3L in my 02 extreme and his truck felt like it had more torque than my old s-10

^^^ this is a good price for a running truck!!! and you do not need a title for a 1981 model truck in georgia. ANd a 2.8 is a good engine I have a 92 gmc sonoma with a 2.8 its nothing but a reliable truck I would drive it anywhere and even with over 175k miles does not use a drop of oil between changes!!!

yes i was trying to figure out what all would need fixed, and he told me he hit a speed bump going 25mph and knocked the oil plug loose, so he did some ghetto weld. So now to change the oil you have to get awhole new oil pan which i priced at autozone to be 160 and some change. He didnt really tell you everything that is wrong with the truck in his post.

just get a pan from the junk yard. That way when you do it at home you know what it involves. It shouldnt take more than a hour todo if you have jack stands.
