    oh wow....you just missed out selling that truck to me by about a week.

    last week i finally found what i was looking for 01 f250 7.3 ext. cab 72,000mi short wheel base with a camper for 21k

    these trucks drive like my 3 series bmw. they are smooth pull nice, and the huge garett turbo sounds great. you will sell this truck to someone looking to trailer a race car.

    No the 6.0 is the preferred motor. The 7.3 has too many problems. And even with the 6.0 most people swap in the cummins anyway. Im a diesel freak sorry. And post a price...

    I got that info directly from a service writer @ Tim Stewart Ford.

    ACtually I am a Ford Certified Saleman and the prefered Ford Deisel Motor is the 7.3L I have no Idea what problems you have had with them but they are well known for out lasting any other deisel motor except a CAT motor...

    i have heard the same thing..... go big ass ford engine with a turbo. if the interior wasnt bland i would be all over it...... lol jk ill never be able to afford somthing that great
