FS: 05' Evo VIII. 13k miles... $25k

You've all heard the story before.... time to buy a house. So, I'm looking to get rid of my Apex Silver Evo VIII GSR. The car has 13,500 miles, has not been tracked or abused. This is evident by the fact that the car still has the original Advans on it, which most Evo owners have to chage after 6000 miles or so.
Mods: The car is virtually stock and untampered with. The only changes that have been made are shifter bushings, IX diverter valve, Defi D boost guage,Forge Unos MBC, and stainless steel clutch line.
Condition: Paint and Interior is beautiful. The only blemishes are on the bottom of the front lip from the normal pebbles on the road. I only have a few pictures today because of the weather outside, but I will have more up tomorrow.
Asking $25000. (much less than what I owe) If somebody snatches this up quick I will include the Pioneer in dash dvd player with touch screen.
