i have 97 black coupe dx lowered w/exhaust si front grille,fresh paint,black housing headlights,new cv joints 108xxx millage on it for trade?

FYI you dont have to have a cat on 96+ to pass emissions. as long as your check engine light is off, you will almost certainly pass. dont assume its goin to fail unless your check engine light is on. also FYI, its unlawful to sell a car that does not pass in the 13 metro atlanta counties where emission testing is required. most people dont know that. -im a certified inspector.
