    are there any modifications to this vehicle besides the cold air intake and blow off valve? is there any suspension or exhaust work or is that all factory?

    LOL your kidding right? an atmospheric BOV does exactly that - lets see - bov lets out air into atmosphere, therefore for that split moment less air is going into the engine ( its being blown off ) therefore there is more fuel than air in the ratio than normal which equals richness
