    oh okay,
    so i suppose when you're buying a car from the dealership, and if they say "fresh paint", you'll recognize it had body damage?

    buying a car isnt thru COMPREHENSION, you need to DISCLOSE ALL information known about the car.

    okay, since he put "runs great" and "5speed", do you think other's will know if it was an auto and had a BHG?

    okay, none of this information would've been disclosed if i hadnt brought it to light.

    BHG? warped head? what was wrong? runs great now, what happened before?
    "Runs Great", noone will suspect that it had a BHG if i didnt speak about it.

    LoL..

    If I go to the dealership, and see a car that has fresh paint, and the body looks good, and the carfax comes back clean, then who cares? So what if some old lady backed into the front fender, but they bought a new fender, resprayed the car, and now it is perfect? Why would they need to disclose the fact that it previously had a dented fender?

    If the car blew the headgasket.. Then he replaced it properly, he would have gotten the head decked. So it wouldn't have a warped head.

    And why does it matter if it "was" an auto? Its not anymore, so what the hell is the difference?

    the modification and work history of a car should be disclosed ALWAYS. Id want to know if my car was previosuly an auto, so i can make sure it wasnt done half ass, like that s13.5

    Yeah, except he didn't do the work on the s13.5. Somebody Else Did. Don't speak unless you know what your talking about, everyone has to have something negative to say i swear.

    Find another s14 5-speed that runs for $2800. Leave this one alone if you don't like it.

    Like i said. You find a good running 5-speed s14 for $2800 or less.

    i would buy it even if it was previously an auto and had a replaced headgasket...but this guy aint replying to my trade offer....
