FS/FT - 1993 Honda del Sol showcar... swapped and sponsored
Being in school I just don't have the time to keep this car up to snuff. A couple of people on here have seen it and will vouch for it. I will do my best to get the sponsorships transferred with the car, but no promises.

Miles: 170k on frame, 60k on motor
Color: Phantom Silver.. Painted 9/10/06 by Vinh Body Shop (they did all bodywork)

I bought the car Dec 26 2004. Drove it stock for a while, then the old D16z6 started crapping out on me. Found a 95 B18C1 and jumped on it. Took my time doing the swap, and it pulls HARD.. ran a 14.2 at the drag strip down here in Savannah. Fun little info bit... the "PS000287" bit in the VIN is "Production Sequence 000287"... this car was manufactured in June of 1992 in Suzuka Japan, and was on the first shipment of del Sols to see the US. #287 off the line.I have yet to find an older del Sol in the country. Just a cool bit of collector info. If you have a desire to put this car back to completely stock, I have the contact info for the guy who bought the swap.
Anyways.. enough of that... on to the mods...
MODS:
ENGINE: 1995 B18C1 swap - Spoon style 4-1 header, 2.5" exhaust, *no cat*.. the cat I had was only a 2" and I didn't want to constrict the exhaust, Netami twin loop muffler, Spectre Performance intake, ECU chipped and running uberdata/conservative street program. At low RPMs she almost sounds like a subaru with the warbles in the exhaust. She sounds a lot meaner than she is lol.
EXTERIOR: ViS Techno R front bumper (Mugen replica), ViS full cf invader hood, Black Widow sideskirts (one of about 40 pairs made), Buddy Club rear bumper. Sideskirts are molded in, but not front/rear bumpers. REAR BUMPER IS SEPERATED FROM REAR QUARTER PANELS. That is the ONLY damage on the car, though, and it can be fixed, I just haven't had time to get it done. Shaved trunk lid, carbon fiber rear garnish (area around plate), Vertex Racing 1 piece black housing headlights. Phantom Silver paint.
INTERIOR: Recaro Top Fuel race seats, GReddy shift knob (red dot), Spectre Performance e brake handle, custom sub box/amp mount berhind seats.
SUSPENSION: 18" Legacy Alloy Type 475 wheels on NEW Nexen N3000 tires, Brembo cross drilled/slotted rotors, Axxis Metalmaster pads, Tein SS full coilover suspension (not installed.. in Athens), polished front strut bar, GSR goodies throughout the car (LCA's, etc).
ICE: Two 10" dual subs and amp in box behind the seats... no radio though. Rockford Fosgate sub wiring... all you need is the head unit.
Awards: 2nd place del Sol custom, Nopi Nationals 2006. 1st place conservative Honda, East Coast Invasion 2005 (Louisville, KY)
Let's talk money... as it sits right now, $8000 (slightly nego)... open to trades as well. Ideally I would be able to find a stock del Sol to trade plus cash from the stock del Sol's owner. I love del Sols, but like I said.. school takes priority and I don't need to be sitting up at night worrying about my car getting scratched.
Without seats/subs/cf rear garnish (I have stock one to replace it, but it's blue)/Teins - $6000
Without all of the above AND without the wheels (IE you bring wheels to roll her away on) - $5500.

I hate to see her go, but I think this is in both of our best interests. Lowballers GTFO... I will NOT sell this car for $3000, or $3200 plus your shell... I am open to trade offers, but only for COMPLETE, RUNNING cars/trucks/bikes.
