Title: Clear, says has 4 owners but i am the second owner of this vehicle, previous owner was the first two, car was then in my uncles name but my car, then transfered the title to me.

Things Replaced as of 10/09/2006:

• Camber Kits for the front (DZ brand)
• 2 Reman axels
• Oil Change (5W30)
• Synchro Shift Fluid
• 2 Wiper Blades
• Inside Door Handle

Things replaced previous to 10/09:

• Two Brand New Kuhmo Tires on the Front and also rear Alignment 06/06
• Battery cables 06/06
• Clutch Slave Cylinder replaced 09/06
• Brand New Window Motor 08/06
• Brand New Starter 07/06
• Complete new emission system (replaced under Honda Warranty) 2005

Condition:
The Good: interior is clean, all power accessories in working condition and the engine runs perfect and the trans shifts niiiice. This car has been babied since the day i have owned it...everything has been fixed when it first happens and kept very clean.

The Bad:
back bumper is cracker from previous owner, dent in passenger front fender is dented from previous owner, and the front end is by the previous owner. one of the fog lights is cracked, also there is a crack in the windsheild that isn't too bad but could be replaced. Also, there is a little gring when you speed shift into second gear....not a transmission problem think the clutch is going out. Have a Stage 2 Competition Clutch that is not included but will go with the car for the right price ($300 clutch).

PRICE: asking for $5,700 o.b.o trades are welcome but have to be driveable, clean and 5spd.Cars that i'm looking for i would like to have mods done.

no low ballers, this is a very nice car and is well worth the asking price and if you are going to low ball you are just wasting both my and your times.
Car has just been completely looked over and everything has been fixed. There is around $3k worth invested in this car to keep it running in tip top shape...so i think this is more than a fair price for it.
