yes i agree with you, but there are alot of supras that sell for 17k-19k range in the 100-150k mile zone, if you go on www.speedforsale.com i can pick out 6+ supras that were in the $17k range, most of them auto but You have to agree with me that supras are way overpriced but once in a blue moon you may be able to find a steal

take this into consideration
1.) if you get this done, think how long you have to wait to get your car back, buy this, there is no wait, put the key in, drive.
2.) how rare the swap is, and the fact, the labor of teh swap is done and paid for already
3.) from the looks of it, the 240 has been maintained.
4.) the s14 front end on this looks good, most people sell their common s14 sr20's for 14-16 k with wheel and suspension upgrades....which this car has already

This is none of my bussiness, im not hating or in anyway trying to hinder your attemp to sell this car but the price is a lil steep, the suspension and car its self is very nice, id problly give 14 max for the car but hey im not in the market and im not interested so all i can say is good luck with the sale. I will give the man credit for doing something out of the ordinary. It's nice seeing something besides an SR in every 240 that goes by. With it having a 2JZ, it has great power potential w/o even cracking the motor, although the SR isn't a bad motor either.
You mentioned about that YOUR swap package is $8k....what does this include? I'm sure there is enough information on the net these days where someone that has some mechanical knowledge would be able to do it for much less. I also understand that your running a business and just trying to see what your offering for me to hand over for that kind of money.
Even after you calculate everything up and all is said and done...he's asking over what it would cost someone else. It just seems like he's trying to make back every penny - besides the headaches. Everyone knows - or should know - that when your going to invest money into a car that your not going to get what you put in, nor in most cases, gain money. If it was me, I'd try and sell the car on the west coast where drifting seems to be more.....can't think of the word. Anyways, it just seems like people in Cali have more money or stupidity then around here. just
