and how do you say you have no time to go get a title?? it takes like 5 minutes in the dmv to apply for a lost title if the cars title is in YOUR name...being registered in your name doesnt mean shit if the title is in your mom's name still or whoevers...

because i would have to drive an hour and a half to north ga where the car is registered and take a day off from work... if i'm not mistaken.. if i can hit a place up down here then someone let me know!!!!! and i took 250 off my last asking price because i can't find the title.... but again if i can get a title from anywhere not just the place i registered the car then let me know!!!!
just go to the dmv on south cobb. Its a georgia title....you dont have to go county specific man.

I think it's like $50 to apply for a lost title if you are the person who the title is in the name of.
If you are any other person you have to apply for a bonded title which is $200 PLUS about 1-6 month wait and THEN you still have to worry that the previous owner will find the original title and use it to reclaim the car if there was never a bill of sale from them....main reason most people wont touch a car with a lost title no matter how low on the price you go...always gotta wonder if the car will be taken from you in the future.

well i can assure u or anyone else that the title is in my name i would would have a bill of sale signed by myself and a witness, and if u know someone who will notorize(spl) then ur set.
i'm a very honest person and i would never cheat someone. and i never have. i know it's hard to trust someone on the internet, but the car is at my apt and i can't drive it now so u would be meeting me there. if i ever screwed u.. u could come to my apt and beat the shid out of me.... happy??? lol... thanks for the help tho man.
