    Thumbs up FS OR TRADE! 1985 Mazda RX7 GSL!

    I'm looking to sell or TRADE. Cars i'm interested in... Basically anything! Would love a CRX. Any year Civic hatchback or Integra. ANYTHING! Just let me know what you've got and maybe we can work something out!

    This car would be great for someone getting into drifting or just wanting something sporty. RWD, rotary motor that runs like a top! It's incredible to drive... Great daily driver, reliable; i've had the car for about 4 months and it's never given me a problem!!

    Clean Alabama title in hand!!


    Make: Mazda

    Model: RX7

    Year: 1985

    Mileage & Motor : 200,XXX miles on a 5speed 12a rotary motor. Previous owner told me it had been rebuilt, but don't have reciepts to prove. Runs super strong!! Tight shifter, goes into every gear perfectly.

    Options: Limited Slip Diff, Disc brakes front and rear, pb, manual windows, working stock am/fm/tape stereo, removeable full roof sunroof, cruise control, stock rims with tons of tread on tires.

    Bads: ALL EASY FIXES!! Small little things I haven't got around too.

    - Fan belt needs replaced. Squeels between 3 and 5k rpm.
    - Paint isn't perfect... Fine for daily driver imo, but with a quick spray of paint, the car would look SHARP.
    - Front and back bumpers have pulled away from body on sides. Clips look to be broken. Could be screwed, riveted into place in a few minutes. Decided to leave it for the next owner. New clips would be a cheap fix. Can be had, at a salvage yard for a few dollars.
    - Front speakers don't work... can throw in new Polks if need be. Backs work great!
    - Drivers door lock is messed up... theif tried to get in with a screwdriver and only suceeded in f'n it up. Pull lock on door works though.
    - Hatch popper doesn't work. Never looked into it, but it may have just been the cable snapped somewhere. Don't know, never use the hatch.
    - Previous owner swapped stock seats with brown ones. Passenger seat is PERFECT, drivers seat has tears in it... Have cover seats over it now.
    - Missing steering column cover

    Mods: Stock!
    Have ABS plastic single din adaptor with wiring adaptor from crutchfield for newer deck. Never installed.

    free bump cause you mentioned this as a drift car and forgot to list important features like:

    CLUTCH type lsd
    rear disk brakes

    these are light weight and good handling cars also.

    Don't know about that... people have been super interested since i've put it up for sale, and whenever I drive it anywhere I always get comments on how nice it is, or questions about what kind of car it is.

    Dammit ive always liked old rx7s. If my 240 was sold I would definately come get this. Wanna buy my 240 for 2000 and give me the rx7? Its got a fresh CA18det and new front bumper, centerforce clutch, bov...

    What kind of trades you looking for? I have a 94 MX-3 in pretty good condition, clean title plus original owner, needs a clutch and fluid change since it's been sitting in my garage for a few years. Would be willing to do a straight up trade.

    Won't let it go for any less then $800. Come out and take a look at it, drive it, and you'll see it's worth way more then that. Just need it gone.
