    Thanks Mike. I am not sure the mileage, but I'm sure it's pretty low. It's basically stock with a few nicks here and there. NOt nearly as bad as my car. Apparently it runs very well and the handling is nice.

    The only car (that tuners are interested in) that is eligable to legalize across all the country is the 95 GTR, because its the only one that has had sufficient crash test data and tests and what not. Dont believe me? ... ive got a link. All other cars usually just depend on how strict your state is. But once its been deemed a new VIN, then it can be retitled anywhere.

    You may want to double check to make sure because when DOT revamped their laws 2 years ago they changed one of the major restrictions for importing cars into the U.S. which was: If a certain chassis does not have a crash test rating from the manufacturer it can not be titled as a street legal car in the U.S. I am not saying it can't be done,and if he has found a way to legalize silvia chassis that is great, but would like to know for sure if it is titled as an s15, kit car, recreational vehicle, ect...
