    Wrong VIN.

    EDIT: Nevermind, I found the correct VIN. You don't believe in full disclosure? Four owners, three states, two accidents, and a nice salvage title issued in all three states. Me smells a curbstoner.

    honestly did not know the status of the title owner states the title is clean and clear but obviously background check states different.
