    Cool,

Are you implying I would want to trade for your hatch? It is nice, but I had a hatch just like that with way more mods and it just needed paint. I would require a lot of money on your part to trade for my eclipse. I love my old hatch, but you would need about $5000 for me to trade you.

Well, you may get $4500 for your car if you are lucky. Face it, your mods on that car are nothing special... ok... you got a swap and a new paintjob and some "oh-so-common rota slips" (other mods aren't anything special and half are of low quality). I'm sorry, but i'm not impressed. Slap your rev-hard kit on, get your hard-on and come by for a race against a customer's EK B16 I just installed a Greddy kit on and got dyno tuned last night.

We are already making 239whp SAE corrected on 8lbs. of boost.... what are you currently putting down. Maybe once i break in this motor in the eclipse and hook up my wideband and max out the stock injectors (monitoring duty-cycle of course) after I up the boost a little we car even run then...sound fair? Let's play.

Wow, you guys must know a lot about these cars. I guess I don't, I mean I built the engine at my shop and have done all the install and maintnance on this car. What would I know about DSM's and about Spyder GS-T. I guess you guys have been checking autotrader, craigslist, and ebay right before you posted to check sale value on these cars.

The picture with the dent is a little old and has since been removed. I knew i shouldn't have posted that pic! DOH

The car has had over 2G's in shortblock work in the past 2 months, the turbo is brand new $530 and SBR install kit $220, the Competition Clutch STAGE 2 is over $400 and is 3 months old, the Competition Clutch Flywheel is $230 and is less than 2 months old, the Mitsubishi timing belt is over $70 and is brand new as well as the water pump and timing belt tensioner.

So basically what are you getting.... a 78K mile FULLY LOADED GS-T spyder with good tires, new shortblock, new turbo, new clutch, new flywheel, new slave cylinder, new clutch master cylinder, new MSD wires, new sparkplugs, fresh tranny oil.... should I go into more detail???

Yes, as I stated the hood and headlight are damaged from some idiot.

The reciepts for the rods and pistons I have as well as a bunch of build pictures showing all work done.

Check around and get back to me if you are SERIOUSLY interested in this car.

If you can't afford a convertible to floss in spring/summertime.... then GTFO!!!

    Thanks,

    Have a nice day folks

No affiliation I haven't met Michael yet. But..

    He stated $9k OBO.

Mods: Eagle rods, Ross pistons, Clevite bearings, Mitsu metal headgasket, ARP headstuds, CC lightweight steel flywheel, CC stage 2 (2700lb) Clutch, Mitsubishi EVOIII Big16G turbo, SBR turbo-install-kit, Autometer boost gauge, MSD ignition wires.
Price all of this and you will see this is a very good deal for a low milage 6 bolt (no crankwalk/stronger thrust bearings/big rods) Spyder.

Appreciate it... I got it covered bro.

I did forget to mention the new Mitsu slave cylinder and Clutch master cylinder in the original post also. This car is good to go and worth my $9K OBO asking price.

If I had the time and money, I would scout a salvage yard for a headlight and try to find a carbon hood to slap on there and ask $9K firm.

i want the car but not the motor, i have a motor to put in the car. you could take the motor and sale it on a dsm website. your asking price is about right. i had a spyder and i sold it for 10k, these guys dont know about these cars. let me know if you are willing to do that.

I really couldn't do that. I would need to sell it all together to obtain the title and I don't have the time to be pulling it out anyways (I just got the thing all back together and running earlier this week!). I just cannot afford to keep the car and it needs to go.

Not with a 2g maf on a HKS ssqv. Its a pull type bov not piston, have the same setup on the gvr4 and it runs like a top. Good luck I like the car.

The HKS BOV, Injen Intake, and Apexi exhaust were already sold.

The car was with bolt-ons until the previous owner blew the turbo and engine from not changing the oil soon enough.

That is why it has a EVOIII and 6-bolt shortblock with Ross pistons, and Eagle rods.

The car runs good, I have been driving it everyday and the engine and turbo now have just over 1100 miles. The engine is just broken it and ready to go.

i'm suprised this is still for sale ... uknowmehfo never had an eclipse especially in the same color... i think i would notice someone cruising around in the same car as me.... anyway if you really think you can get $9k for it you might want to fix all the body damage(hood, fender, bumper, and the headlight) but even then its going to be hard... drop it down to about $7k and you might start to get offers

Actually only the headlight and hood need to be replaced. If I do that it will be $9,000 FIRM as I had stated above.
