personally if it was me i would say 2k would be fair value to start at, with what is listed. I've owned a grand total of 4 mazdas (88 mx6, 93 b2200, 93 mx3 gs, 93 mx3 se) and i have only owned 1 honda which i had sent to be crushed 4 months after owning it so the attacks about b16 or sr20 are not absolutely relevant. Also you are going to a heavy Honda/Nissan Forum what do you expect? Might try mx6.com, probetalk.com, mx-3.com, clubprotege.com these forums have more relavant to the car you are trying to sell (probetalk since the older probe gts used same motor and tranny).
not trying to give you a hard time or lowball you, but dont put your numbers so high with what the car should sell for, i understand that everyone wants the absolute most they can get for it, but sometime we want way more than its worth, a more realistic number will keep the attitudes away, and allow the sell to progress faster.
Good luck with the sell though.
