FS: 96 EK Hatch

I bought this car from the original owner needing some work. I have completed a few things, but there is still a little more work to be done. This is an excellent daily driver or a great platform to start from if you want to swap it. It is completely stock other than the aftermarket radio, so no worries about previous owner's jank installs or half-ass wiring.

The bad:
- paint is fair to poor due to fading/clearcoat damage
- body has some dents/dings
- missing the passenger side front fender liner
- driver side window comes off track (I don't have the patience to fix this myself)
- rear wiper doesn't work
- radio/cd player works but the display is burned out

The good:
- engine is very quiet
- tranny shifts without grinds
- tires are about 95%
- miles are low for a honda at 111,454
- no bondo or other repairs from accidents
- no rust
- a/c blows cold and heat blows hot
- has lots of potential
- I just put in some reman axles yesterday
- I also put in a new passenger side lower ball joint
- new positive battery terminal
- just replaced the messed up driver side sunvisor
- just replaced the 02 sensor

The paint makes it look bad as well as that sunvisor (which I'm trying to source). You'd have to hear how quiet the engine is to believe it. There is no valvetrain noise, it just purs.

The price is negotiable. I know it's not perfect and could use a little work. I've been working on it when I have time. The price won't go up, but will be less negotiable as I fix things.

I'm hoping to have the 02 sensor replaced by tomorrow night.

Everyone knows that was a lowball. It mainly just needs some dings/dents removed and a respray. Btw, it's accept, not except.

ZWK, I'm not really interested in a trans am. Thanks for the offer, though. I'm trying to pick up another car and would really prefer not to have 3 cars in the driveway.

Well, like I say, I am negotiable. I do feel that it's worth more than $3k as it sits, though, especially with how sought after these ek's are at the moment.

I am working on fixing some of the smaller stuff and what I don't fix will be taken into consideration for taking some off the selling price. *fingers crossed*, I should have the cel taken care of tonight.

It will be going in next week's iwanna, so I have no worries about selling it.

You won't need a window, just someone who knows how to get it all aligned so it won't pop out of the tracks.
