    Default 1987 4runner, Lifted 4x4 22RE

Hey yall Ive got my 1987 Toyota 4runner up for sale or Trade. Currently Its my daily driver and I gotta have something to drive before this thing goes. I am in the process of searching for another truck and my dad is willing to front the money so if someone came to look at it and gave me what I want for it, itll be taken care of. Just thought Id let yall know.
Also If anyone is looking for a trade plus cash, I am looking for any year Tacoma ext cab, v6 auto in any color with 150k or less roughly. My price is
10k and under for a new truck....
    But on to mine.
    Specs:
    87 4runner
    4cylinder (22re) toyota's best motor 210k and running great
    5spd
    4x4
5 inch lift total, 3 inch body, add a leafs and torsion bars
33x12.50 Pro Comp xterrains with about 10 k on them (great tires offroad)
Grey exterior, grey interior, cloth seats (interior is in great shape for being 19 years old)

    Replaced parts so far:
New clutch at 204k, incredibly it had the original cluth it was crazy
    flywheel was resurfaced professionaly
    master cylinder (brake and clutch)
    slave cylinder
    all brake pads
    brake drums
    rotors
    master cylinders
    alternator
    water pump
plugs and wires of course the usual tune up (just done about 2k ago)
fluids always changed, front and rear diff fluid always changed
    axel seals
    rear main seal
transfer case rear seal to driveshaft

    And Pictures

Thats all the pictures I took today. I would like to note out the last two pictures. The biggest rust spot on the vehicle and the sign I backed into and didnt see in my blind spot. Dont worry I got the sign back thanks to my rear bumper

But the Current modifactions other than the ones listed 5 percent tint on the rear and 20 on the front windows, a ten disc CD changer (kenwood) its an older model that came with the truck, Doesnt like burned cds too much but the headunit looks like a junk headunit tape player so nobody would ever want to steal it. I love it though its clear and doesnt look expensive. I put pioneer speakers in the front and sony xploid 6 inch speakers that were custom mounted by the previous owner.
Also I am the second owner of this truck and its been georgia all its life before it was shipped from japan. I have all records and this is a original Serf meaning made in japan, (my two first letters on the vin are JP)
Its a rare truck you never see them anymore and especially in the condition. I love it to death but for how much I commute its not practical and I need a bigger motor to pull a boat and jetskis this summer.
Ive spent about 6 grand now on the truck, parts, tires, matinance so my asking price is 4500 nego.

how was it in GA all its life BEFORE it was shipped from japan?? when did you get it from the first owner?? and how is a 4 cylinder not practical for you to commute in but you want a bigger motor with gas being almost $3 a gallon?? i know someone who wants this but i just want more info. oh, since youre bday is 1987, i would assume the first owner is your parents right?

Its been in GA all its life since it was shipped from Japan. I bought it off a very very rich guy who used it as his hunting truck for his land in that is around LaGrange. My dad has the title in his name. We are the second owners. As for not being pratical. Its big, has oversized offroad tires and quite slow. 33inch tires and 4.10 gears thats why its slow.
No doubt I LOVE the gas millage I get around 20 even with the big tires but I need a bigger motor to pull trailers for my dad to and from Lithonia with fabricated metal parts from Atlanta Stamping Co.

gotcha. lol, 4.10s and 33's isnt a bad combo.....its slow cause its a heavy vehicle with a 4cylinder (power-weight ratio). not exactly a viper or anything....thanks for clearing that up though. ill let him know
