they are asking too much thats why..

CRXs go for about 1900, i say yours has lower mileage and its an SI so i'll say you should set it at 2600-2800

i will delete my posts if you want..

i can see that car going for $3500-4000 in autotrader. a CLEAN SI with low miles is just not easy to find at all.

you wont get that much on this site, no one wants to buy a clean EF for less than $1500.

I've seen the car in person and it is extremely clean and well kept. damn interior looks new. I couldnt see one missing piece on the interior and it's not worn at all. How that driver seat is in as good of shape as it is, I'll never figure out.
hell, the damn engine bay looks new and everything works!

this is going to make some crx fan very happy....

your smoking rocks, please go to rehab, and get off the crack.
I wish everyone would sell cars at fair prices and stop trying to fuck everyone over. Like hatches, I remember when a stock hatch sold for book value or less, now a stock hatch sells for double its book value along with crx's. This is fucking rediculous, it's a fuckin Honda, a 4cyl, slow ass honda.
I could understand if it was a sports car, something with at least a V6, that is pretty fast as it is, or a muscle car. But a friggin 4banger HONDA!!!!!! you people are nuts! what are you thinking.

    Excellent
    $2,265
"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.
    Good
    $1,940
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.
    Fair (Selected)
    $1,550
"Fair" condition means that the vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. The tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage.
    Poor
    N/A
"Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. A vehicle with a branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage is considered "poor." A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value.

no, you're letting him know what you want it to go for so you can buy it cheap.

nobody gives a shit about walmart sock prices. that's irrelevant.

I wish everyone would sell cars at fair prices and stop trying to fuck everyone over. Like hatches, I remember when a stock hatch sold for book value or less, now a stock hatch sells for double its book value along with crx's.
um, waahhhhhhh cry me a river!! These are desirable cars, they arent dictated by kbb or nada. they are dictated by supply and demand. low mileage stock 91 si's demand a premium because they are getting harder and harder to find and people are willing to pay for them....just as cherry condition 92-95 hatches...

everyone wants one and thus those with them can ask more for them...simple economics.

hey while you're crying about cars, let go cry about gas prices too. There's plenty of oil in the middle east, why is our gas so high?? wahhhhh...

gas was 89 cents/gallon in 92 why isnt it still 89 cents/gallon now?? wahhhhhh...

just like he said, nobody's twisting your arm to buy the car so shut the hell up.

though, I really did like those examples...the autotrader one had me rolling laughing :p an 89 dx in illinois...AND it was pretty much $2000, you literally just validated him.

If someone can get $2000 for an 89 dx in the rust bucket part of the U.S. with MORE mileage and LESS options on it than this one AND with sunfaded-to-flat paint...then this one...a newer 91 SI fully loaded, fully operational, less mileage....900 MILES CLOSER, and with glossy paint....would definitely be worth more.
