It comes down to what the new owner is going to want to do with the car.

If the body was perfect, and the paint was scratched like it is... the hypothetical owner would more than likely want to paint it. If the tailights are green and the roof has some dents... it's going to the body shop anyway. It'll cost a few more dollars for the bodywork, but it is still cheaper than buying a perfect car in the long run, not to mention initially.

The seats aren't likely to stay, as the majority of Mustang tuners concerned with seats understand that most all their seats are flat and generally worthless.

The carpet has some stains... but no tears. Most 11 year old carpet has
stains.

The wheels won't do anyway. Gotta have some 17x10 Bronze 5Zigen FN's.

And it's stock. Not ragged on... runs strong. OEM = Cash in this market.
