No dude, simply no. No way in hell 640 miles for a 72 is irrational. It averages to 18.82 miles per YEAR. And like you pointed out, you can see the pedals are worn out and you see rust in engine bay and door panels. Unless a person lived in there, there cannot be so much wear. He is lying.
