carfax just came back. the dealership i got it from did odometer fraud, car has over 250k miles.
Anyone have any legal advice please pm me.

I didnt think to ask for one, the car dealer had a good reputation.
I trusted him. I thougraly checked the car out, other then him lying about the mileage insanely, the car was gr8, and was in mint condition.

its not a big dealership, and not visible by any main rd. its soemwhat hidden, all tehy deal with is nissans.
its also a shop.

he assured me and wrote the miles on bill of sale and title as well.

how many miles have you put on it? and when did you buy it? you are right car fax does not lie..however the first record they have of this car is when it has a fair amount of miles on it..and the last record is in 2004. how many miles did they say was on it..and how many miles does it show...can you prove there is 100,000 more miles on it?
i bought it in september of 05 it had around 135,000 miles on the odometer, and it now has around 155,000 miles on it.

well, if you paid cash for it then im sure you have the title..what does it say for miles. carfax gets there info from the dmv. the dmv gets there info from the title when ppl that register their cars. did you not see the miles on the title when you got it? the title really wont lie. the dealer should have seen this..but then again..stranger things have happened. i realize the title was probably mailed to you but you should have caught this long ago
the title said the 134k miles. also i took my title to the tag office, paid for all the stuff, and i never got the title back in the mail, i havent had time to go get a nother one.
i called and they said it was maild out, but i never received it

i havent had the need for the title, i was planning on keeping it, i love this car. but im wanting something rwd, preferably a 240 or a corolla gts hatch or coupe, i work at a salvage yard with quite a few lsd rear ends, and some good stuff. so i got all the parts i need for nissan and toyota rwd's
btw remember pats white civic he traded me for my old eg, from what i heard that car is not even on the road anymore, i sold it to a foreign guy, and he had so many problems with it after i sold it. everything started going out on him, he did manage to get the ac working, and power steering, and i think he got the window fixed. he fixed a good bit of stuff on it, that car was fucked to begin with. i got fucked over big time on that trade.

if car fax has a record showing nearly 200,000 miles then the title you got would not have had 135k on it. check to see if you entered the vin right. also, why would you not try to get your title. you cant sell the car with out. we are missing out on a very important detail of this story
i never could figure out why the hell you traded a perfectly good vx hatch with new paint for a busted ass blown up ek wik mediocre paint at best. you got fucked hard..no lie..but you fucked yourself on that deal.
