Obviously you don't have any credit, so why should the person you enter a contract with...enter a contract with you?

What is their incentive? Unless you planned on paying me a decent amount of interest each month, I held the title, and a spare key, I would never enter into a contract with you.

Do it the right way...pay cash up front, or get a loan and make your payments to a bank.
