    I got a red 1992 240sx se. The car has 224000 miles on it but it runs strong. It has an exhaust and an intake. The car is really nice but it needs work. I am asking 2000 firm for it. Clean title but b/c the title is lost, the new one should get here in 1 week. Call me if interested. 4047548446-Alex

    i can pay about 500 a month mabey more depending on insurance company (what they give me)

    thought you said you had a few offers of people willing to do this? Looks like no one is biting...

    stay away from monthly contracts with a private seller....bad idea for anyone

    Just means the guy probably doesn't have credit or has really bad credit and can't get a loan

    and anyway a CONTRACTED payment plan is no diffrent than getting it from the dealership you draw a contract and if payments arnt made then by the law you can take the car back. if it was such a bad idea then the dealerships wouldnt do it either. some old people on ia just need to grow up.

    no i'm grown up...people that want to make contracts privately are not too bright.

    Obviously you don't have any credit, so why should the person you enter a contract with...enter a contract with you?

    What is their incentive? Unless you planned on paying me a decent amount of interest each month, I held the title, and a spare key, I would never enter into a contract with you.

    Do it the right way...pay cash up front, or get a loan and make your payments to a bank.

    It doesnt mean he has bad credit. I had a buddy who just had a kid and needed a car so i sold him my hatch. he was tight on cahs so i did a contract with him. just keep a spare key and keep the title until he pays the full amount. its not that hard.
