B16, not sure about the 1/4 i have never ran it, yes it has a title, starting bid is at 4400, there are no problems with it at all, starts right up idles great, runs fine, i am starting the price threr because i traded my old bike for it and my old bike was 5000 so...i am not sure how many miles are on the motor, i can try to find out though, the guy who had it before me said it ran a high 12 i think without nitrous but like i said i have not run it yet so that is just what i have heard
