ah i see what your saying.. don't have any documentation SC is extremely laid back on emissions stuff, most people don't even have cats or sometimes mufflers on there street cars..
i don't come to atlanta too often.
i'm from hawaii & california though so i know how those emissions tests are Hawaii has got to be the hardest ones in the U.S. Cali might be next
