better then your riced out car, if ud sell it for 5k id take it home, pull it in my garage and start stripping that paint off, and prepping it for a REAL paint job, something like nighthawk black or championship white. something clean. not a homo ricer 2 fast 2 furious paint job. then id rip out all the interior, and put stock back in it, strip the valve cover. and powdercoat it red.
also then throw some 15inch bronze rota circit 8's and call it a day.
