Mine has a cleaner interior, S2 cam gears, BDL fuel rail, Full exhaust with stock muffler, DC header, Hondata IM gasket, new clutch, starter, battery, Clutch MC and slave, powdercoated VC, plus has EVERYTHING to put AC on it.( just been working too much to fuck with it)

VTEC is not cash, your asking price is, which is way lower than mine.

I HIGHLY doubt your interior is cleaner than mine
And my car has fully functioning AC, nor does it need paint.
Not to mention its 5 years newer.
