    shells don't have good suspension, seats/interior, etc...$1,500 or so and you could have a b20/vtec in it...do the work yourself and save $500-750 and you have a sweet ride for under $5k. It'd be nice spare car for my engine

    yeah i was about to say good paint jobs do cost that much if ur painting the car to another color...... the honda dealership wanted to charge me 5,000 to repaint my prelude but to a differnt color.. but to repaint it the same color they only charged somewhere around 1500 i think

    Don't even have to change the color to pay that much...good paint will run $500+ then you add in the labor of disassembling the car, prepping, spraying, and assembly.

    hahahah call almost ANY paint shop......say the word paint and it wont be less than $2000, almost guaranteed.....had bout 10 shops tell me it would be 3k no matter what color change or anything.....all in all post pics so we can see wut u workin with!

    I don't know why you pay 2k for paint and then try to sell for 3k just sell the shell for 1k and save 2k for you, well tooo late now.

    thats insane.

    #1, color changes are very undesirable in the first place...

    #2, good paint dosent cost 500 bucks unless your buying some stupid color with way too much pearl or metallic in them.

    #3, this is a fucking shell with GSR brakes, which the conversion goes for 300 bucks

    lameness, 2200 max.

    damn .. bought mine running and very clean for 400 dollars less ... with new paint too ..

    Q:Nitrous on stock LS high mileage. Too risky?
