I'm selling my 2004 Volvo S60 R to make room for another vehicle. I originally bought the car because I thought I'd need the extra 2 doors for an addition to the family. It's turned out that we use my wife's car whenever we have the baby with us, so I'm planning to go with a coupe/2+2 with a little less heft.
I purchased the S60 R locally in January with 54k mi on it, and have put roughly 6k mi on it in the 10 months since (about 600 mi/month). The car has been serviced at North Point Volvo.
Although I'm selling, I have enjoyed driving the Volvo thoroughly. The 300 hp, 295 lb/ft torque turbo 5 cylinder is a real thrill, and the dynamic AWD system keeps you planted firmly to the road in twisties or rain, and helps avoid the heavy torque steer found in other FWD models. It is a great car for anyone looking for a 4-door and not wanting to give up anything in terms of sporting nature.
