FS: 1st Gen CRX HF 87

Hey,

Ok thee car has 120k on it and the motor, a rebuilt 5 speed tranny put in about 3k ago have the sheet. Car is lowered, stock torsion bars up front were adjusted, and Ground Control coilovers in rear. Car is a HF so no power, did not come with a radio but now has a CD player, and currently just has 2 Pioneer speakers in the back with a Lightning Audio 12' sub with a amp. Car has another set of wheels and tires, all sets have nice tires with a lot of life left. Brand new coil and rotor. Half of front lip was off when I got it. Body has some rust on rear quarter panel where previous owner, which was the origional owner, tried to clean it with acid he told me. Car has a bad dizzy, can be bought from Advanced for $130, so right now it does not run but can fix it or w/e the buyer wants.! Car also has the origional window sticker from 87! Make me an offer I want to move back to a EF or something FR. I have pics will be up in a few! CAR HAS NEW DIZZY AND EVERYTHING SOMETHING ELECTRICAL IS BAD ASKING $650. NEEDS TO LEAVE ASAP.

$650 right now, BRAND new dizzy with all new internals in it. 2 coils, 2 rotors, NEED THIS GONE ASAP.

I dont know what it is, could be a ground, stripped wire, I dont know. Dizzy is in.

If you could get it running, or at least figure out what the problem is id be happy to buy it. Dont know what you did to check for spark, but when u try to start the car have someone try it for you, take a screw driver, unplug one of your spark plugs and put the end close to the screw driver. If u see no spark, then its not getting spark. Did you look down in the carb while trying to start it to make sure its gettin fuel?

I am asking $650 running I had offers of $1100. I checked for spark from the coil and spark plugs, it is getting fuel though. I cant go lower then $650. I dont know if the problem is critical, I just have no idea what it is. Could even be a ignition switch I have a universal one to throw in but just need to sell the car.

Ok, here is the deal! Found the problem out. There is a pin that holds the cam gear to the shaft and that came out meaning the camshaft wasnt turning the rotor so no spark or anything. So after all that it was not the dizzy or the coil or anything. So basically it needs that ten cent part to run. Same price, or if I get it running it will go up. I will take $600 if I can keep the radio but buyer can have the sub and amp.
