the liability doesnt matter....you can have only liability and under ga law if your involved in a hit and run and its not your fault, YOUR insurance has to pay for the car to get fixed or give you the full value of it...I had a 95 2 door LS and I got hit, my insurance gave me 4,700 and I kept my car, they was gonna give me 5k and take it, but I wanted the parts from it....You should have called the INS. company, but oh well, too late now

Well not really depends on who ya know. Considering you can pick up a door for a 100 bucks and my one of my close friends works as a local body man. I can have it repaired for $600 thats including the door. But when it got hit i lost interest in it and got the four door in the pic beside it. It looks bad in the pic but it can be pulled and repaired without a new quarter.

No insurance company is going to pay a claim if you only have liability insurance, thats why u buy additional coverage to protect you from this, thats just like telling him if he got in a accident and didnt have full coverage his car would be covered,it wouldnt be just like his wouldnt be!!

Dude I have safe auto because of my shitty driving record. All I have is liability, I told them when I got it, I want the cheapest shit I can get. They said "ok, you have liability". I got hit, dude left, I tried to chase him but my gastank was leaking and I couldnt keep up to get the tag number, I didnt even want to make a claim, I called safe auto to take insurance off of the car and suffer my loss, and they asked why I wanna take it off and they wanted to know if I sold the car or whatever, I told them I got hit and the car was horribly crashed, she informed me that under ga law that my ins has to pay for it. So they did. I know from first hand experience that they did cause I got my check and got paid yo. Thanks

i didnt have uninsured motorist. believe me i would have but i had a hole in the wall insurace company.plus its been like a month in a half since that happened.
